**New Scholarship Calendar**

Please visit our new Scholarship calendar for the Guidance page. All scholarships will be listed on the date that they are due. Please take time to register for the alerts for the calendar so each time something new is posted you will get an e-mail with the new scholarship information. Then, if you are interested in the scholarship you can go to the calendar and look at the specific information and get the application.

To subscribe to the alerts, click on the Scholarship Calendar on the left hand side of the page. Then, when the calendar comes up you will see a small white envelope with a green check mark. Please click on that. Fill in the information requested, the title would be Scholarship Alerts, then add your e-mail address and click add alerts.

Students should check with the college where they are applying to determine if SAT or ACT scores are required. Please see your School Counselor if you have any questions. 


The Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization is now accepting applications for the 2018 Winter MASH Camp Program! 

There are two parts to the application process:

* We have copies of the School Counselor and Rating Form in the Guidance office. Once you complete the online portion of the application, please come in and let us know so Mrs. Edgar and Mrs. Smith can fill out your counselor recommendation. 

Please note that applications are not complete until both parts have been received by FDRHPO. 

SUNY Financial Aid Day @ JCC
Saturday, November 18

In conjunction with SUNY statewide Financial Aid Day, Jefferson Community College will hold a local Financial Aid Day on Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 9 am - 12 pm in Room 6-218, Jules Center (Building 6). Check in will begin at 8:45 a.m. Attendees who plan to submit their FAFSA online are highly encouraged to arrive by 11:30 a.m. in order to have ample time. 

SUNY Financial Aid Day is open to students who anticipate attending SUNY Jefferson or any other SUNY institution. During Financial Aid Day, prospective SUNY students will have the opportunity to get their questions answered about higher education funding opportunities including loans, grants, student employment and scholarships. 

The agenda will include a financial aid presentation at 10:00 am for anyone interested in an overview of the FAFSA form and how to apply. JCC's computer lab will be open for students ready to obtain their federal student aid (FSA) ID and/or ready to enter their FAFSA form online. JCC financial aid staff will be on hand to answer questions and assist. Students may register for SUNY Financial Aid Day online at .
